I am an A+ wallower and totally get it! I also spend a good portion of my day alone and definitely try not to not believe a lot of my own thoughts on what I should be doing/productivity/enoughness. Other ppl help me notice hey I’m not half bad. As a former lawyer I think the analytical skills and maybe searching for different forms of proof of my own legitimacy don’t help - especially on social media :/
