I had a highly embarrassing moment using FIL’s stainless pan, insisting I cook my own breakfast because I didn’t want to be a burden. Eggs burned and stuck. Smoke alarm went off. I cried. My first and last stainless pan experience, although this guide gives me hope and a smidgen of renewed confidence.
